I could have sworn refurbished units not sold by Meta don't qualify for the free game and 3 months meta+.

it is fun and I normally have a large helpful post about it. I am saving for the Steam Frame (hopefully $600 msrp) as the meta ecosystem is blah and sales are targeted.

I'm always a little confused by the conflation of open box and refurbished, but I've been looking for the three for a while so I'll probably do this and hopefully it will all turn out ok.

New MSRP is 600 so I ordered this OB. I dont think it will include either Batman or account activation credit but still very good price as long as the set has no problems. I can live minor scracthes on the headset/controller as long as the lenses are pristine.

I saw the deal post here and purchased. Then saw woot refurb Quest deals on reddit too but it was already OOS at this point. I paid with Amazon Store Card. Dunno whether I get %3-5 cashback like Prime Visa but if it does it will be great.
