This or the Bosch 18v?
I have both and while I love the bosch's form factor (it can sand by itself for a little while) it's fairly weak feeling especially compared to the dewalt. I use a lot of sanders and this one is a mainstay. The flex one is only better because it has a rotary mode for hogging off material with a 5 in sander lol. The Milwaukee fuel is unfortunately the best I've tried. It's the Bosch with some skookum. Not as nice to hold as the Bosch but actually sands stuff fairly quickly.

Thank you, appreciate your feedback. It seems I need to get them all over time.
Got this new for $99 in January. It's a great tool, and have used it extensively since then. Replaced my old corded Makita square style sander. I like that it has variable speeds as well, and the hook and loop sanding discs are soooo much easier to use than the clamp down style of the Makita.

Home Depot has it for $99. I returned the one from Amazon after it arrived without the normal Dewalt packaging. That raised concerns about it being a fake. I have never had a similar problem when buying from Home Depot and Lowe's.
