Anyone with experience with this setup care to chime in? I have been considering a PS5 wheel & pedals as a gift, but (1) the Logitech G923 is almost 6 years old and (2) I don't want the recipient to outgrow an entry-level wheel within a year. I am also considering a Thrustmaster T598 servo, but by the time you add a nice wheel and pedals, you are approaching $1000.

I've had the G923 and upgraded to the Rs50 at the end of last year. I can tell you the upgrade difference is night and day.

If the additional cost isn't a factor, go for it. Haven't regretted it for a split second.

One note, which isn't possible with this deal, but if you get the PS5 base and an Xbox/PC wheel hub, you have compatiblity for all three platforms (Ps5, Xbox, and PC). I hope that's clear enough to understand.

this is a very slick deal considering logitech direct the base+wheel alone is $525. The pedals by themselves are $120 and they are load cell. Anyone looking to upgrade from g920/g29 this would be a huge upgrade.

Is your recommendation to buy the PS version and buy the wheel hub for xbox later? I'll mostly use PC but i love GT. Xbox would be least priority

100% if you want cross platform compatibility.

buy the ps5 version than buy the xbox hub+wheel and you'll have compatibility fo r ps5, xbox and pc. (pretty the same thing if you were buying fanatec)
