According to Google it's legit and is secure. I ordered one rug for the for the hundred off then I went back and ordered a second rug, the bigger one 8by10 and got $100 off of that one also. I used PP for my protection. Hopefully all goes well!!

I agree. There's nothing on their site about Returns. Can't find any reviews about these rugs, except one from a Flexispot person. Even on Amazon, there's only 1 review for their rugs. Something seems off. Lots of bad reviews of their customer service on Reddit too.

Community Reviews

These FlexiSpot washable indoor rugs are aimed at cheap, soft floor coverage for small spaces, and the 4 by 6 and 5 by 7 sizes have been arriving quickly with grippers included. The rugs are described as looking good, feeling soft, and working well under rolling office chairs or as a drum set base, with the added pad making the price feel worthwhile. The main concerns are thin construction, uneven quality on larger sizes, and a few fit issues where the C pads do not line up cleanly with A and B. Return and customer service information also appears hard to find, so the value depends on how much risk you are comfortable taking.

  • The rugs can feel soft underfoot for indoor use.

    tracylu2

  • The rug pad and grippers can make the thin rug feel like a better $20 shipped value.

    SlickStealz

  • The washable rug can work under a rolling office chair on hardwood floors.

    SpinControl

  • Some orders can arrive fairly quickly and show good quality on arrival.

    Kawnersaur

  • The site may not provide a direct return option, requiring an RMA request instead.

    SAO2

  • Customer service and return access may be difficult based on limited return and customer service information.

    fromsoca23

  • The rugs can be very thin and may not hold up over time.

    SlickStealz

  • The gripper pad pieces may not connect perfectly, creating a fit issue for setup.

Hi, you mean Paypal right? How is it better for protection? Should I make an account?

Thanks, OP!
I got one of these poly rugs like 6 months ago (3x5), and it has been great for my rolling office chair over my hardwood floors.
I figure my son needs on in his room as well for his floor before the finish gets worn from the wheels.
For $20, I like this much better than the plastic or glass hardwood floor pads for chairs.

Might be washable, but definitely not dryable!
A power washer is probably the best option

Washable rugs are safe for the washing machine. And some are dryer safe like the premium washable rugs at Ruggable. I assume these washable rugs are like the ones at Amazon, washable but hit or miss in the dryer. I have 3 Amazon purchased washable rugs. Only 1 can go in the dryer. The key to drying them safely is no heat or air dry setting on the dryer which should be available on mid to high price dryers.
