Community Reviews

These rollerblade style office chair casters are mainly praised for making chairs roll far more smoothly than stock wheels, with real ball bearings and soft rubberized wheels that glide well on hardwood and low pile carpet. They also help protect hard floors from scratches and can improve movement on some carpet setups. The main cautions are fit and handling, since the peg may be nonstandard for some chairs, the wheels sit taller, and the single wheel design can drag when turning or feel awkward on dense carpet. A compact upgrade if your chair and floor type match.

Yes they're on real ball bearings so they're much smoother

These are nice, although they are a bit narrow and the stability may not be as good as the wider casters. I saw a deal recently with a wider wheel that was this kind of skateboard wheel material. Would be curious if those handle better.

I bought a different set for $1 more after I missed the last caster wheel deal. They work great on my Aeron, so much better then the original wheels, just be aware they roll so well that when you sit down you need to careful or you'll start rolling away from your desk lol. Also I'm pretty sure all these similar looking wheels sold under various names are exactly the same.

These casters are great. They will automatically show you if you have a low spot in your hardwood floors. 😆

Be aware that these might not fit IKEA chairs. I bought a couple sets of caster wheels and while they fit the other 2 chairs I added them to the IKEA one has a smaller diameter for the post.

Me too! I have a plastic mat that my casters have a hard time rolling over the lip... so dumb.

These are great on hardwood, and better than plastic ones because they do not scratch the floor; but I would not bother for carpet floors because its benefits are more limited there.
