It irritates me that these are being called "adjustable"...I suppose technically since you can change the weights, but typically the word adjustable for dumbbells isn't where you have to unscrew the end cap and take plates off... It's, well the other type 😂

I got something similar to this from Walmart last time it was posted. The nuts that hold the weights are plastic and don't tighten and misthread over time resulting in the weights coming off. I can't recommend these

I have the same problem, anyone knows the size of the nuts so I can replace them? Sets are good otherwise

45 lbs total? Would have to be a decent starter set for a pre-teen, or maybe some women. Most men will probably find this way too light.
