Where are you getting $61.59? It's $100, then take off $20 for the coupon, which equals around $80+ (plus tax, fees, etc)

DF200 is $76.99 - 20%.

Great deal. The DF and MF are the same specs and accessories as far as I can tell after looking at listings, just different colors of black and silver. The only thing I can think to make sense would be Dark Finish for DF and Metallic Finish for MF. Officially the finishes are called 'Ultimate Black' and 'Ultimate Silver'.

I've been wanting to get something like this to blow off an engine before replacing spark plugs. I've seen others for $20. I assume this one is more powerful? Can anyone guide me?

Looks like MF is MegFlow and DF is DustFree. I don't see any difference in specs on sites that have both (BestBuy). I think one is marketed more towards home/auto and the other towards office/computer but from what I can tell, they have the same specs and nozzles/extras for both.
