PC looks a little boring and old fashioned. Sorry but I couldn't resist mentioning that.
Could be true but Nvidia beats the hell out of Mac on content generation and LLM work (as long as it fits in the VRAM). There is zero comparison.

Prices just be crazy now.

2 years ago, I got my (pre)built for $1200.
Other than the unnecessary extra 32gb this pc is still $600 better than yours

I'd hope so, it's 2 years newer. But spending almost $2k for a mid-range PC. Yikes. Should be getting an xx80 gpu if prices weren't so absurd now.

But the GPU and RAM prices are absurd now and there's no sign they're coming down anytime soon.

The product photos show a PNY GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Epic-X RGB but all the customer review photos show an MSI 5070 Ti OC.

Case is a rebadged Lancool 206 https://lian-li.com/product/lancool-206/ with dual 160mm ARGB front fans.

Also got an open box for 1709. I did pay the extra money to get 3 years warranty. I didnt get box, mouse, keyboard. Mine was the display/demo unit so figured I might as well spring for the warranty
