This non stick does lose it's effectiveness over time. It says it's PFAS free but it'll likely have PTFE. Almost all nonstick pans that advertise being free of one chemical will have another from the "forever chemical" family to be non stick. REAL ceramic pans use a silicone type coating and are actually forever chemical free. But there are a lot of fake ceramic pans. And the silicone infused pans actually lose their non stick even faster!
