The wheels and telescoping handle are essential for the ways I use it, making it easy to transport to/from the car or wherever I need it.
I've used this for outdoor events like birthday parties, pool parties, kids' baseball/softball walkup music/announcements, and working in the yard. Usually I'm connected via Bluetooth, but I've also used the FM radio and aux-in, all flawlessly. At one point it was way in the back of my Suburban and still on after a baseball game, and we played music through it and it is 1000% better than the stock speakers, and LOUD.
When using it for walk-up songs for my kids baseball and softball teams, I get asked about it regularly. I've never run the battery low, even when doing 3 games in a day (7-8 hours?).
It's still working fantastically years later, yet I'm going to buy another one on this deal. As I understand it, two of them can be paired. Honestly, I can't imagine how much louder 2 would be, and I'm sure it would be too much for most applications. But would be good to have a backup... I've had an alert set up to grab another from a slickdeal for awhile...
If you're shopping for a speaker of this size, don't hesitate. Best $110 you will spend on anything for awhile... You can thank me later.
Community Reviews
The onn Large Party Speaker Gen 2 stands out as a loud, bassy outdoor party speaker that punches well above its price. It is praised for clear sound, strong projection, music reactive LED lighting, and handy wheels with a telescoping pull handle for moving it around. Bluetooth, FM radio, and aux input all get solid marks, and pairing two units is described as especially powerful, though the wireless link works more like mirrored party mode than true stereo. A few reports mention shipping damage, open box condition, or random shutoffs, making it a strong value if those risks do not matter.
People throwing pool parties who want to link two speakers for louder "party mode" coverage because commenters report linking two together makes it a "pool party hero" and that it works as mirrored/party mode (not true TWS stereo) but still gets much louder.
Softball/football teams needing outdoor projection because one commenter could hear it from the dugout to a 225ft fence in gusts over 30mph, and another says it can be heard across a football field.
People who want a loud, bassy party speaker under about $120 because multiple commenters describe it as a "monster" with enormous bass, clear sound, and strong loudness even around volume level 25.
Shoppers comparing it to higher-priced party speakers who are okay with "nearly as good" performance for far less because commenters say it punches above its price and can keep up with $400+ speakers, while costing about 1/4 the price.
Outdoor event hosts and parents doing walk-up music for kids' baseball/softball games because commenters say it stays loud for hours, works reliably over Bluetooth/FM/AUX, and the wheels/telescoping handle make it easy to move to and from the car.
Buyers replacing a smart display for background pool music because a commenter said they're using it to replace an Echo Show 8 for pool music and expects a big upgrade.
Buyers who need guaranteed long-term reliability without defects because at least one commenter reported the unit arrived broken and the refund took about 2 months.
Buyers who are sensitive to cosmetic condition or want a brand-new unit because one commenter said theirs appeared to be an open-box return with scuffed/dirty exterior and they weren't sure whether to return it.
People who require uninterrupted continuous operation for the whole event because one commenter stress-tested it and experienced random shut-offs after about 20 minutes even with over 50% battery, saying it would be returned if it continued.

One last minute YouTube search and then pops up a ONN/JBL comparison video. Then another showing a comparison outside. Of course you can't fully tell on video but I figured for 1/3 of the price I could give it a shot and if not return it since I was already committed to the JBL price.

Bought it a couple hours before our game time, and tried it out tonight. It was really windy and there were wind gusts over 30mph. I could hear the music from the dugout all the way to the 225ft fence with the wind. No it wasn't super loud with the wind but I had no issues making out what was playing. If I could hear it good enough with that wind it's gonna be great on a regular day.
Well worth it! I paid $109 no tax

One is loud. Two paired is ridiculous.
It doesn't distort at full volume.
I've played walkouts for 3 games in a row without recharging, and it was only down 1 of 4 bars.
Don't know how these are so inexpensive.
