Not enough power to be effective. Look at the hooga pro line of RLT that is a good brand and you can see how many lights have to be packed into a small area, how many watts in a small area for it to be effective. In order to get full body you would need a device worth thousands of dollars to be effective (they actually have them at planet fitness) it's like tanning bed with full body red light therapy. But this is not going to work. If you want an expensive electric heated blanket, this is fine. But to use it for red light therapy is useless. ND it's a shame because people will buy something like this, not get any positive effects and just assume RLT is bs. I bought a cheap rlt device from Amazon and was annoyed. Then I realized I got junk and then got the hooga pro 300 and wow. Big difference.
