Castle on ABC

Anyone else watch this?

Unfortunately I missed last week's episode, so last night's didn't quite explain itself and left me lost for a little bit. It was still pretty good though.

I haven't seen many episodes (only started watching about a month ago) but I think it's a pretty good show.

It's sorta like NCIS, without the Navy: pretty bizarre murders that take a somewhat predictable turn and then magically get solved before the episode ends.

Sadbye It's official, they have pulled the plug, Monday's episode will be the last one.

Bummer Sadwalk Well, so it was more than just "budgetary" reasons. Obviously I haven't seen the season, now series, finale yet. That said, I wish "Castle" could've given it a more thought out series finale by bringing it back next fall as a miniseries, like what "Nikita" did in its final season. Oh well, it does make sense to just cancel the show altogether rather than have "Castle" without Beckett.

I thought they were adding his detective thing as a way to carry the show forward and that was why they brought in Toks Olagundoye and brought Molly C. Quinn back, the three of them had a fun chemistry that I really liked. It's a shame they didn't go with that or do a spin off with them and Fillion. At least we'll have one more episode to enjoy on Monday.

I'm guessing you're talking about Gray's Anatomy? I watched season one, it got silly sometime in season two so I quit watching it. DH kept up for a while, probably because he had the hots for the tall blonde chick, but even he finally stopped watching it.

Yeah, you're right that they could've gone with the PI angle and step away from the NYPD. This series finale in 2 days better be really good, as in giving it closure and not feel rushed. That's the benefit when a series knows its final season before the season starts: they can give it a real conclusion, like Lost, Nikita, 24, etc. ABC most likely screwed this up, unless the series finale really is all that.

They agreed to come back for the next season. The sexiest characters havent aged a bit: Angela and Dr. Cam S. Funny, cam gets random or the shty stories and is still single (not married or has kids). She deserves a HAPPY career/family, also.
