Funny, each time I've been there I've had to wait to be seated

Interesting data point. The 2 near me are always totally empty.

I was able to get this. And My Costco membership expired years ago. And no, I was not forced to pay 5% non-member upcharge. Final total = $69.99

Tried to eat at two IHOPs near me. One didn't seat us for 20 minutes when there were only 2 occupied tables in the whole place, and the other sat us and then never took our order for 30 minutes, so we walked out.

I went in Feb.
There was a mailer.
20% off ticket.
BOGO w/ drink (= ~20% when all said and done as their drink prices were ridiculous)

I added discount GCs to make it 40% off. It was like I was living in 2020.

I was thinking of doing so again in July when I am at the Semiquincentennial celebration in DC. However, for $50 (2 breakfasts), I can buy the ingredients and feed us for a week! I made sure to get a room with a kitchen.

This is a good deal, depending on your IHOP. The franchise where I live (prices vary by location) is now so expensive, that even with this 30% off, it's hard to justify. We used to go for breakfast every Sunday, then started going a couple times a month. Nowadays, we go when there's a birthday, or once in a blue moon. Kids love it, but unfortunately they don't pay check.

There's a breakfast value menu tucked away in the dinner section. Depending on location, it should be $6-$7. I can order 2 of these and get more food than their more expensive meals.
