Sam's Club Weekend Doorbuster (Online):

Yard Force Zero Turn
If you've been waiting for a reason to ditch the gas can, the Yard Force 42" Cordless Zero Turn Riding Lawn Mower is currently seeing a massive price drop at Sam's Club. As part of their weekend doorbuster event, the price has been slashed by $1,500, bringing it down to $3,499 (regularly $4,999).
This deal is strictly time-sensitive and ends May 3rd.

Key Highlights
Impressive Range: Equipped with a 56v 100Ah LFP premium battery, it can handle up to 4 acres on a single charge—a significant feat for an electric mower in this price bracket.

Convenience: Sam's Club offers doorstep delivery, saving you the logistical headache of hauling a 560 lb machine home.

Tech-Forward Design: It features a 5-inch LCD intelligent operator screen that tracks runtime, battery life, and speeds. It also includes luxury touches like a plush suspension seat with armrests, LED headlights, and a USB charging port.

Quick Turnaround: Despite the high capacity, the battery reaches a full charge in about 6 hours using a standard 120V outlet.

Feature Specification...

Deck Size 42-inch stamped steel

Top Speed 7 MPH (4 forward speeds)

Cutting Heights 10 positions (1.5" – 4.5")

Weather Rating IPX4 water resistance

Shady company. My yardforce 120 volt battery trimmer brushless motor crapped out. Contacted cs for fixing, replacement, they wouldn't, no parts available. My guess is they're selling rebranded stuff with poor or no track record

I'm considering it, only 1 review on YouTube but it looked like it cut well on 5 inch grass down to to 2 inches. I was surprised how well it did, no need to go over it a second time at all. It was perfectly cut. I'm guessing at the highest blade speed you get 2 acres. At the lowest blade speed you get 3 to 4 acres like it says. Then he cut an acre with lots of weeds and done 3 & 4ft tall weeds and he went over some of that twice to get it but it did well, probably as well as most high end residential zero turn mowers with 24hp engines. He says it was about an acre and he had 50% battery left going over some of it a second time. He put 60 hours on it and was impressed. But that is pretty much it for it being out for a year not much media/reviews on it which makes me pause on it. But at 3500 free shipping LiPo battery rated for 4000 charging cycles before degradation (I think that's how it works right?) 5 year chassis and 3 year battery warranty (but someone posted they couldn't get any warranty help with theirs so that sucks to hear) so I'm on the fence still with the clock ticking since the sale ends today. Currently I got 2 aging zero turns for my 3 acres but ready for virtually noise free, gas free, oil free etc
Can anyone confirm freight shipping is free with a plus membership? And do you get 2% back on it with the plus membership? Shipping is 600 bucks but without a plus membership I couldn't find it for sure it's free shipping

Damn that's terrible news. If it was Costco I'd be less concerned bc they will damn near fix any problems or just take it back. I'm still on the fence bc I'd love to have a quiet electric zero turn for 3500+ tax (it's 600 freight shipping but I can't confirm it's free shipping with the plus membership, definitely worth 50 upgrade fee if it is free shipping)

I can help confirm it's free shipping, I have plus membership.
Comes out to $3770 with tax. No shipping charges. You get to select a date for delivery.

I also want to get it, I have 5 acres but I only mow 1 acre at a time, but very weedy and I'm afraid of damaging the electric mower syste.. I'm currently running with 1984 craftsman 13hp and 1990 craftsman forgot model but has 23hp. I just hate the noise and exhaust fumes. Also carb cleaning can get old.

I'm also worried about not being able to get warranty if I need it, but I have never claimed any sort of warranty for anything so I don't know the process anyway.

Are you getting it?????

I have 2 gas riding mowers and I can confirm the longevity and easy parts selections. Both from 1980s and 1990s But the quietness and no exhaust does have me considering this ....

Yup. He has 4 videos on it and a bunch of shorts. 4 videos are setup for from shipping box/inital mow on his grass then another on the weedy lawn then showing how easy it is to drive with his 10 year old and finally changing the blades out. I couldn't find the replacement blades on yardforce site but it shows the part number, I'd imagine I could find them though, with a little digging. I like to have 3 or 4 sets and change them quickly as needed then sharpen them all at once. I like the clean out port with a hose that should be nice + tow hitch. Yardforce has a few videos on how to replace battery and other things. Looks like if you can get parts (likely or not likely I got no clue) in a few years if needed you can replace things yourself. The LiPo battery is a big plus imp and should last 5 years without much loss of %. I got 3 acres and cut 1 to 1.5 acres most nights just b4 sunset (so the sun isn't beating me down in the heat of the day + the grass is all dry at that time!) I think I'm going to buy it, free shipping puts it at slick for me and worth the risk at 3700ish. I'll sell one zero turn and recoup some but keep one gas zero turn just in case (maybe sell it once I think this one is gonna last)
What you think, gonna get it? Any other insights I'm missing

Replying in both threads to you. Lol. Agreed, for me it's the noise, no oil changes etc... Plus the wife can use it for her stuff, pulling the tow cart around gardening planting etc she cant do that with the gas zero turn bc she hates using it so I have to help her or do it for her, lol. If you search YF56vRX-Z42 on YouTube you can see yardforce doing how to diy repairs on it. I wonder if they have a new model coming out and that's why this is discounted. Seems a little late though usually you'd want your new model out to sell just b4 spring hits. I think it can handle your weedy 5 acres 2 acre at a time on high blade speed, what kind of grass do you got, what's your location/zone.
