if you were just looking for Candy Man (og) for $5 might I suggest looking at the 10 horror films for $15 on Fanflix and using the ENDOFMONTH10 for 10% off making it $13.50. I gave away 2 extra codes I already had in my library.
Never saw it but I always thought it was a zombie infected movie
Nothing to do with zombies, but uh, definitely a good one to go in blind on. I don't even think I'd say it's horror, maybe thriller I guess? Drama, comedy, definitely a genre bender lol. One of my favorites of all time though, I'd definitely recommend it.

I feel like it's as much of a "horror" movie as Beetlejuice. Different tone though.
I dont find anything funny...just horrible movie for me. Basically low life scammers being a parasite to other people and ruining other people lives...its like we should admire those scammers...

It's a movie… and a story. It shows the difference between rich and poor in the country. Even how the rich live and look down on the poor. You don't like the movie because it made you feel something. I would say that most movies don't even make people feel anything anymore. In my eyes, it was a success for you.

Except you've read the movie completely backwards like so many class warfare-obsessed envy peasants did. "Parasite rules! Rich people sucks!" Nope, because what y'all missed is THE POOR PEOPLE ARE THE VILLAINS!
Throughout the movie they are mooching their neighbors Wi-Fi, doing a crappy job folding the pizza boxes, even opening the windows to get free fumigation. Then they proceed to scam their way into the rich family's graces, screwing over the existing workers, throwing them into the street. The rich people didn't kick them out. The POOR FAMILY got them booted.
Unfortunately, it goes off the rails at the birthday party scene, but then recovers to restate the actual premise with the son's fantasy of going to school, working hard, earning money, advancing in his career, and buying the house his father is now trapped within. Gee, like they could've done all along instead of conniving their way in and ruining so many lives?
