AO makes nice glasses. They were the issue sunglasses and prescription glasses for Army Aviation.

I've got some with nylon (really, it's just fancy plastic) and some with glass, and as cool as the glass is for street cred, it weighs a LOT more and doesn't look or perform any better.

Unless you really want to go old school you're probably better off with the nylon anyway.

After switching from wayfarers to aviators, the lightness was one of the things I loved the most about the switch. Weight definitely makes a difference.

absolutely - the glass is coolest but you would be amazed how heavy they get on your nose bridge. AO makes a great pair of specs - can't really go wrong with these at this price
