Just buy regular magnesium glycinate from Walmart. It's $16 for double this via Nature's Bounty.

Unless this is lab tested and verified, it's not worth the high price tag. You can't know if this actually has 72 trace minerals or not unless it's tested. They could legally say it contains 1,000 trace minerals since supplements aren't regulated.

The picture description says third party tested. Is that what you are referring to?

This has more magnesium oxide than citrate or glycinate & doesn't tell u the amounts of each type (just the order listed represents amount). Absolutely not worth $20 for this, IMO, at least for the magnesium portion. I don't care enough about the 72 minerals to look into that aspect.

A lot of supplement manufacturers will make unsubstantiated generic claims about third party testing, which they are allowed to do. When a supplement says NSF Certified with the accompanying logo, it's the real deal.

Agree with others that this is overpriced product and additions are probably not worth it. I have migraines and doctor recommended magnesium oxide. For migraines, 400-600 mg is the suggested dose. (For those interested - I can see some positive effect and my leg cramps are also gone.) I bought 400 mg soft pill one from Costco (yellow color label), less than half price of this. My husband takes Magnesium Citrate gummies from Costco, those are 250 mg and more expensive but frankly quite tasty, LOL. (Qunol brand.)

Even if you are not Costco member, all types of magnesium can be found cheaper anywhere.

It does not matter if it is third party tested, Because you are sold a proprietary blend. Meaning they do not disclose how much magnesium glycanate or absorbable Magnesium you actually get versus the straight up laxative magnesium, that pretty much every one of these cheap ass bullshit magnesium shill post contain.

Whenever you see the best ingredient (magnesium glycinate in this case) as the last product listed in the proprietary blend, that means that it has the least amount of that product. The labels always must go from the ingredient that makes up the largest portion of their blend to the lowest portion.

Please educate yourself, So you stop getting scammed. stop buying things that you do not even understand what you're buying

How do these affiliate promoted partner brands get posted by non-staff "community" accounts sometimes?

I notice the language "Thanks to Community Member Immortalsolitude for sharing this deal"
*sharing* rather than "finding" which is used at times - is this intentional? it's just a posted fed advert?

Just wanted to say thanks for the critical comments on this product. I wouldn't have known any better and probably would have wasted my money on this.
