It used to be $250 for the Nintendo US site. It was raised to $800. The gift cards from this deal appear to be fulfilled by a third party and that disclaimer was manually published so, likely that third party never updated the verbiage. They aren't directly connected to Nintendo.

My order also took several hours to get fulfilled.

Just ordered my switch 2! I had about $50 in points on my account from over a year ago and spent an additional $355 on points (440 points) between this deal and the Amazon/chase cash back deal on $10 cards
