You need to wait until you have about $100k saved up in the bank... and only then you can beg. And if you think I am being harsh... my wife temper is BAD!!! And I need to save up 1 million, so you have it easy.

Also, there is a chance... when you are 15K in credit card debt BUYING ANYTHING could be the straw that breaks the camel's back... including a cell phone.
Point is... you don't know their dynamics, you don't know what kind of couple they are, but you are making telling them to get divorced EVEN if they live pay check to pay check and can not afford a $300 luxury.
