These are neat machines, but if you're looking for actually good espresso, I would look elsewhere. I tried to pull better shots and never had much luck. Breville Bambino has been significantly better.

Had a 3400 for a short time, sent it back. Poor temp, tiny pucks, just not good. Got a De'Longhi Eletta from WOOT - way better machine.

Got it when it was last on sale (https://slickdeals.net/f/19263526) for a better price. It's been great for our use. We upgraded from a Nespresso. Our tastes may vary.
