First time dabbling into solar charging packs. Wanted to use for a family car camping trip in summer with no access to utilities for a few days.
I was debating on this vs the Anker Solix line. I like the Solix C300 because it comes with the popup camping light, but I don't think it warrants the extra cost. And it doesn't really go on sale that often. The Solix C200 with solar panels is currently on sale for $190, with smaller capacity 192wh vs Jackery Explorer's 256wh, and has one more USB-A port. Solix is also smaller in size and lighter.
What's the difference of the solar charging inputs? Which is the "standard" on solar panels?
Clearly this isn't going to power household appliances during an outage (no AC plug) so i'm tempering my expectations for this as a giant battery pack that can be recharged conveniently and be taken in "go-bag" to keep our devices charged. Thoughts on the better buy?
