If you can't view it initially, that's a big problem. However if you've opened it once? Just screenshot it or in this case copy the URL from the giftcard error.

That's the problem I've been having. I can only view the gift card numbers at the moment when I claim them. They get tucked in my redeemed rewards after that, and I haven't been able to access that section for almost two weeks. Even customer service wasn't able to view my redeemed rewards. I took a screenshot of the error page everyone is getting. They owe me $10 for this one, if they can't access my redeemed rewards and give me the gift card number. When I try to view my redeemed rewards, I get an image of a dropped ice cream cone and the message "Check back soon This information is unavailable at the moment, or it didn't load as expected."
