Got this last time, returned it. I ran proxmox on it but it gave me errors from bad memory, and can't do anything about it because it's soldered!

I was running Bazzite on a 2400g for quite a while and it ran flawlessly. The 680m is significantly faster and more comparable to the steamdeck GPU. The steamdeck is still a tiny bit faster IRL even if the 680m shows higher benchmarks, but they are close enough.

I have 3 of these from the previous deal in a k8s cluster. Silent, powerful, low power draw. great machines. With that being said, 1 of the machines arrived without the fan power cable connected. I eventually returned it not knowing that was the issue and worked with aoostar to get another one. surprisingly this one also had the same issue, but i was able to spot the cable (which is on the underside of the mobo) and aoostar was able to provide directions on how to get under there and connect it. Was a bit worried about things but aoostar has been nice to work with. Difficult to find the right person, but once i got ahold of them they were great.

I am just going to put it out there... checking out Acemagic's website for deals... there laptops with a Ryzen 7 H255 (780m GPU) would cost just a little more with 16GB and 512GB AND OS windows pro 11.
