Microcrystalline Cellulose, Croscarmellose Sodium. Contains <2%: Blue Lake 2, Hydroxypropyl Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Mica-Based Pearlescent/Titanium Dioxide (color), Polyethylene Glycol, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Red Lake 40, Silicon Dioxide.

Just say no to Titanium Dioxide - Titanium's great for dental implants and bike frames, but not a nutrient. Banned in Europe for food products for years. And, F*k, maybe for red, they could use any of a dozen fruit or vegetable extracts, including beet? And, hm, isn't there a blue (berry) food that's pretty healthy?...beet and blueberry extract would be credible- even the Amazon Basics Kid's Gummy Vitamins use colors like that. This product is (un) credible, and I am CERTAINLY not going to be giving it to my wife.
