This handheld turbo fan stands out for strong airflow in a compact, foldable design, with USB C charging, a 4000 mAh battery, and a neck strap for hands free use. The 100 speed control and swiveling head add flexibility, and the lowest setting is described as barely audible while still moving plenty of air. The main tradeoff is noise and size, since it can still have a high pitched whine and feels a bit large for pocket carry. Battery life and long term durability remain the biggest unknowns.
Common Questions (5)
It is generally described as quieter than earlier or smaller versions, but it can still have a high-pitch whine and be somewhat loud on the lowest setting. The larger fan diameter helps reduce noise, and at 20% speed it is reported as comfortable for neck wear.
Yes. It includes a neck strap, and at lower speeds it can be worn around the neck comfortably without being obnoxiously noisy.
Press and hold the button to cycle quickly through the 100 levels, then release when you reach the desired speed. Short presses jump in 20% increments.
Yes. It charges through USB-C and is described as having a 4000mAh battery, with enough power to push a lot of air even on the lowest setting.
It can cool the air a little, but the plate mainly serves as a cool-to-the-touch surface against your skin. One practical use is pairing it with a mister bottle for stronger evaporative cooling.

At the 20% setting it is very comfortable to wear around the neck and not obnoxiously noisy.
I'll be glad to have it when doing outdoor chores this summer. I got the dark blue model. The code RTB7VXRY at checkout worked as of 5/1/2026.
darn, a cooling plate. have u tried one? does it measurably feel cooler with a simple plate?
Edit: nevermind I see it knobless. I'm not pressing tge button 100 times to get to turbo.
when you say neck ones, what does that mean, a wrap around onto your neck in the back? if so i might need to cancel this order i placed last night.

They messed with the settings of the new ones (same body) so that their level 5 (strongest/loudest setting) is equivalent to the level 2 or 1 of the older generation. So now it's miles weaker.
They should have just kept the old ones as loud and as strong as they were a year ago and just make a new version like this one that's weaker but quieter.
Oh well guess I could just use one of those portable rechargeable dust blowers. Hahaha just blow my sweat and stank to the person behind me and splash them haha

It's $13.38, and if you buy 4 you get 15% off, which brings it down to about $11.37 each.
Just another option if anyone prefers a more classic color. The off-white (Italian Stroll) with a white strap is $13.39 and also qualifies for the 15% off when you buy 4.
the jisulife fan, premium feel/metal.
