This handheld turbo fan stands out for strong airflow in a compact, foldable design, with USB C charging, a 4000 mAh battery, and a neck strap for hands free use. The 100 speed control and swiveling head add flexibility, and the lowest setting is described as barely audible while still moving plenty of air. The main tradeoff is noise and size, since it can still have a high pitched whine and feels a bit large for pocket carry. Battery life and long term durability remain the biggest unknowns.

  • The fan can move a lot of air while staying less noisy than a previous smaller model.

  • The included neck strap supports hands-free use around the neck for outdoor chores.

  • USB-C charging and a 4000mAh battery rating can support desk use with noticeable airflow.

  • The neck-wear use can feel comfortable at around the 20% setting without obnoxious noise.

  • Promo codes can fail to apply for some color options during checkout.

  • The dark blue color may absorb heat and make the fan run hotter during use.

  • The cooling plate design may function more like a cool-to-the-touch surface than true air cooling.

  • Battery duration can be a main concern at this price point and may not last past about a year.

Plenty of these around with similar price. How is this a deal? Maybe $5. The neck ones are $10
I just got one in today. Getting 2 more for my mom and dad. Lol
It pushes a lot of air, charges through type c, 4000mah battery. Just by those features, im suprised its so cheap. I put it on the lowest setting on my desk, I can still feel a lot of air and I can barely hear it. Id recommend.

darn, a cooling plate. have u tried one? does it measurably feel cooler with a simple plate?
I mean, it's small, so it's not a HUGE difference, but it was noticeably cooler.

The cooling plates don't cool the air, they are intended to be a cool surface to put against your skin. They kinda seem like a gimmick to me. I think a mister bottle would be a better thing to have with a fan like this on a hot day. It would amplify the cooling by evaporation on the skin.
Whatever their official purpose, they DO actually cool the air. Not a ton, but noticeably. Or at least the one I got (which is sold out and not listed any more on Amazon) did. But it definitely does both. Plus, I got mine for $6, so I'm definitely not complaining!
