Not all colognes have matching body wash and shampoos, but I think Italian Bergamont is the most consistent scent across body wash, shampoo, and cologne. Similar with Golden Amber, excellent body wash smell with more of a citrus amber profile, the spray hits with more of a bright musky fruity profile. Both of the scents, when paired, round out the full intent of the scent.
Some body washes and spray colognes smell a bit different. Palo Santo body wash was what introduced me to Cremo, and it stays in the rotation after all these years, but I can't stand the Palo Santo cologne and it sets barely used on my dresser. (When I want that scent profile and want it to last through the night, I reach for LeLabo Santal 33).
Cremo colognes smell incredible the first few minutes, then they fade away. Cremo is simply a cheaper cologne that uses very little oil and more alcohol, which is the root of why their scents don't last. Once dried, the heavier, woodier scents outlast the more citrus scents. It's just chemistry.
I'd pay more for certain Cremo scents if they would increase the oil-to-alcohol concentration and help the scent last longer. Regardless, it's fun to try all of these different scents when a deal comes through Slickdeals that I wouldn't have tried otherwise -- 100% of my Cremo habit is due to Slickdeals!

Italian bergamont fades fast for me. Live the smell but I either go nose blind or it's gone fast. Bourbon and oak seems to fade fast for me but others notice it on me for awhile.
I have golden amber body wash but not the cologne
The body washes smell Greta but I don't find the scent last longer than an hr at most on skin. It's more for a delicious shower experience.
The matching antiperspirants are decent as well.
Palo Santo and vintage suede beard products also are strong smelling and good longevity
