I understand the desire for brand new shit but you can get an original in great condition for about $5...

This seems to be an increasing trend with vinyl. People paying 2x, 3x and more on a brand new, most likely pretty inferior pressing

The labels will continue printing this and other albums into oblivion because of the consumer short-sightedness

I am always suspicious of the quality of pressing on the new stuff and would prefer an original. But tell me where I can find an original pressing in good condition [with no ability to playing in the store]? Let alone for $5?
