A non spoilery spoiler about the endings:
There are 5 different endings but don't worry about the endings the first time you play through because the way the game works you're pretty much forced to get one ending the first play through. 3 of the endings are locked behind New Game+ and one is locked behind New Game++. So don't even think about "am I messing up my ending" since you're getting a particular ending your first run through.
