It's saddening that you might be right that it could join the Dune series and Middle-Earth legendarium as unfinished masterpieces. I wish George would hire someone whose entire job is to prevent him from taking on new projects and revenue streams at least until he's finished the main series and Blood & Fire.

Yeah, says 5.5 x 10 x 7 inches. I'm guessing it's 10 inches wide, the set of books in the case, which means each book itself is 5 by 7. I'm not a book guy but I have bought books in the past and wasn't prepared for how small they actually are.
