2-3oz dawn dish soap
12-14oz water (distilled being better)
I used to make home made version when I run out, but it doesn't clean as well or as quickly as the real stuff. The only benefit is the homemade version doesn't have strong fumes.
These days I just pick up the refill packs at Costco when on sale or when Amazon has good deals since the real stuff just works better.
