Unless the cap is smaller than one of the sizes, a cap that's just barely bigger forces the user to use two hands to pry apart the opener to fit on the cap. That alone is tough and a pain.
I'd pass having gotten one and immediately regretted

Hot water works well. Heat expands the cap and makes it easier to open.

You can 3D print these if you have a printer. I know that's not an option for everyone, but just pointing it out.
