Yes my DR suggested not use any supplements as they can cause problems too. Said just a multivitamin is fine and eat healthy + work out.

Pretty good price. I've been taking SP for years and a while back started buying the crushed berry powder in bulk on ebay (4-8oz at a time) and making my own 500mg caps. Amazon sells empty gelatin caps and you can also get a cap maker contraption that will make 100 at a time. But at this price, I'll grab a bottle to save myself some hassle of making caps.
