The biggest problem I have with my Zojirushi bottles is adding too much ice and then not having enough water because the insulation is so good that the ice takes forever to melt.

Got the smaller size two weeks ago, got a used one with scratches and watermarks inside the water delivered. Got a replacement, returned the used one and still waiting for the credit...

Anyway, the bottle itself looks great! However the material on the outside is very easy to be scratched, the first time I put it in to the cup holder in the car already made 3 scratches(where my cup holder has three little thingy to hold the cups securely). My old Zojirushi bottle doesn't have the issues. I guess people who have different car different cup holders may not have the same issues as me

Sound like maybe you got a knock off? That sounds way more fragile than the ones we own.

I got the small size a couple weeks ago. Holy crap! They aren't kidding about keeping your coffee hot for hours. 3-4 hours later and it can still burn your tongue!
