You do not need to register online to use card at the store, simply have a card, download coupon ( put PET in search, click on the coupon) on the coupon screen at the store after scanning that card, then go and make your purchases. Not sure if you can populate or activate that coupon on the same card, so just ask for another.. in the past they would just give you a piece of paper to fill out, that you can take home and say you will fill out at the computer at home, and they give you a card. Little plastic store scan card, which is ready to be taken to Store computer screen and populated with the coupon.
Its basically giving a 50% off on treats food anything pet related so i think its a great deal.
