I use this set in the garage. The QF series is a very serviceable budget TV. The image quality is actually pretty good for bright contents (news, game shows, sitcoms, soap operas, slow-moving sports, etc.). The black level is not bad for a set without local dimming, but dark scenes will struggle.
Fire OS is junk. Super laggy and crashes a lot. But if you disable video previews, stick to one or two apps, and clear the cache of all other apps, it'll work okay.
Although there's no official confirmation, this set is highly likely a rebadged TCL Q550F (dimensions, form factor, connectors, etc. are all identical. The Insignia even comes with TCL branded batteries).
