Any specifics on "qualifying batteries"? Ideally, you could lug in an old B&D 18V NiCad one (pretty worthless). I'm likely bringing in a 1.5Ah Hyper Tough Lithium one...

The whole DMV Metro appears to have opted out, closest Virginia stores are Woodbridge and Front Royal (E: Alexandria I guess)

E2: It also says the events run 8AM to 2PM, good luck getting to a Lowes in Alexandria before 2PM on a Tuesday
