Has a belt drive which means less maintenance and overall less weight. But has mechanical brakes vs hydrologic brakes that the the $899 fat tire bike that was just posted has.
Few personal notes I have come up with that may help others, I am not ready to buy myself as I have just started looking.. but here are my thoughts so far:
I do wish all ebikes came with a rear suspension.. looks like you can add one to the seat post for roughly $160 or so. That plus a cloud 9 seat would set you back $200-$240 extra or so.. be careful for knockoffs..
I am sure it is totally useable without it, but I always want as much comfort as possible.. here is the suspension post I found so far that seems to be a decent price/quality.
