SD loves to push the glad bags from amazon and though they are good, the price is never anywhere near costco, sams club or home depot pricing.
Amazon basics bags are utter garbage, always have issues with them

Kirkland Signature Flex-Tech kitchen trash bags are a strong-value 13 gallon option that stands out for durability and fit. The bags are described as solid, with Flex-Tech holding up better than regular Glad and rarely ripping, even when overfilled. Long-term use comes with very few failures, and the 200 count stretches a household for a long time. The main caveat is pricing and availability, since this warehouse deal is not common and online pricing runs higher. A dependable bulk buy if the size works for your bin.
Kirkland Flex-Tech trash bags can handle heavy, overfilled kitchen garbage without ripping for long stretches of use.
Costco in-warehouse pricing can work out to around 10 cents per bag, which supports a low per-use cost.
Costco online ordering can still provide a discount, though it is typically less than the in-warehouse deal.
Kirkland Flex-Tech bags reportedly outperform regular Glad bags and can avoid rips without needing an upgrade.
The deal may be less compelling for shoppers who only buy online because delivery fees can raise the total cost.
HDX bags may fall off taller trash bin rims after a few days when trash is pushed down, even if they resist ripping.
The online price can show as $17.99 instead of $15.99, which reduces the expected savings.
The $4 off promotion can be relatively small over time, especially if the deal is missed for a household that uses bags slowly.
