Anker's F3800 bundle stands out as a high-capacity power station for whole-home backup, EV charging, and 240V use, with the 3840Wh battery and 400W solar panel aimed at serious off-grid power. The unit is described as not very heavy for its size, and the solar setup is framed as expandable, with much higher solar input available on this model than on smaller versions. The main knocks are price and bundle value, since the included solar panel is called out as weak for the package and the deal is compared unfavorably with cheaper Costco options. The older model status also tempers the appeal, making it feel more like a niche system than a standout bargain.
The power station can be surprisingly not very heavy after seeing it in-store.
The system may support charging a Tesla depending on the Tesla model and battery capacity estimates.
The bundle can potentially pay back over several years if daily solar charging offsets expensive electricity costs.
The bundled solar panel is criticized as junk, with calls to lower the price and skip the solar add-on.
The deal value is questioned because a Costco option offers a 2048Wh battery plus 400W solar for about $999.
The bundle is criticized as overpriced for an older model, and the price is said not to be special.
The solar-to-EV charging workflow may require routing through the internal battery, and cloud cover could reduce EV charging amps.

If so, that is roughly 1/2 the capacity, 1/2 the wattage, and doesn't do 240V. Seems like an entirely different beast.
