Definitely get a custom fit for your car's make and model. Cutting it to size would look noticeably worse, and fitted ones aren't much more expensive.

Look for Weather tech, Husky, and Tuxmat. Lately, I've liked the Husky better and they are cheaper than weather tech. Amazon sells many of them, but there are also car customization websites that sell them; just google.
