I own it. Its a decent monitor and It's tough. I've dropped it at least 3 or 4 times off the side of my table and it still works so considering its just a thin monitor, it's really sturdy. I cringe every time it gets yanked off my desk but so far so good. . It's definitely worth 40 bucks. That's what I paid for mine a couple of months ago. It was also a refurb. Zero complaints and highly recommend.
