Beware! Their app is honestly awful. It is slow, glitchy, unintuitive, and feels very poorly developed. I bought UltraPro smart bulbs, the app constantly glitches, the setup is very confusing, and basic functions feel harder than they should be and products also super glitchy and simply not stable.
I have an IT background and years of product management experience, and I can say this is one of the worst smart home apps I have used. I ended up replacing all of their bulbs and just eating the cost as a loss.
I would not recommend UltraPro to anyone.
