Quote from diveborg :
Homeowner only tool.
I have two of these and a Katapult (doing a substantial renovation right now). This tool is limited (only 12–14/2–3 NM), but that's most residential Class 1 wiring, and I don't even bother to haul the Katapult into the attic. It rips and strips in one fast and lightweight tool and and is less finicky than the Katapult with solid 12–14. (The loop turner isn't very helpful, and I avoid wire nuts, so those features are wasted on me.)

I purchased this but have yet to use it. Find actual wire strippers to be much easier to use.
