You can calculate run time with this formula
Runtime (hours) = (Battery Capacity × 0.9) / CPAP Wattage
Using this battery with an airsense 10 with no humidifier (72 watts) you'd have the following
x= (89.6 x .9) / 72
X= 1.12 hours
Using a killawatt to test, I was able to run 2 fans and a wax scent burner for 90 minutes with a 83 watt discharge. On a side note, the AC inverter shuts down at 9%, but the built in light continues to work.
