You can calculate run time with this formula
Runtime (hours) = (Battery Capacity × 0.9) / CPAP Wattage
Using this battery with an airsense 10 with no humidifier (72 watts) you'd have the following
x= (89.6 x .9) / 72
X= 1.12 hours
Using a killawatt to test, I was able to run 2 fans and a wax scent burner for 90 minutes with a 83 watt discharge. On a side note, the AC inverter shuts down at 9%, but the built in light continues to work.
Community Reviews
This is a compact 89.6Wh power station best suited for phones, tablets, laptops, routers, and other small electronics, with the bonus of AC outlets in a plane friendly size. Pass through charging works, and the built in light, USB ports, and 100W peak output make it handy for travel, camping, car use, and emergency backup. Real world runtime looks modest, with estimates ranging from a few phone charges to about one or two laptop charges. The main limits are low capacity, a 60W DC output, and AC inverter drain, so it is not suited for CPAP overnight, mini fridges, or larger laptop loads.
Common Questions (6)
It still works for some orders, but Amazon may require a few tries or tapping the arrow in the promo code box in the app. Several shoppers also reported it no longer applying on certain listings or at certain times.
It is not a good overnight CPAP battery. One estimate puts an AirSense 10 at about 1.12 hours on AC, and even optimistic calculations still land well under a full night unless you use a much larger battery or a lower-draw DC setup.
It is best for small electronics like phones, tablets, handheld gaming devices, scanners, routers, and some laptops. It is not meant for high-draw loads like mini fridges, gaming PCs, or the main battery of an EV.
Yes. The AC inverter draws power even with nothing plugged in, and if the AC or DC output is left on it can drain the battery to zero; the AC inverter also shuts down around 9% while the built-in light can keep working.
It is under the 100Wh airline limit at about 89Wh, so it generally flies without special permission outside China. That makes it a practical travel battery for small electronics and short trips.
Yes. It can charge devices while the unit itself is charging, which makes it useful in a vehicle or as a grab-and-go backup for phones and a laptop.

I was too, but then picked one to keep in my SUV. Plan to run the Dashcam, Radar Detector, phones and iPad mini / Fold device chargers off of it, with the DC plugged into the 12v outlet.
It's rated at 100W peak. Most phones, tablets, and budget laptops would be fine. But you aren't UPSing a gaming PC/workstation/refrigerator or something on that power consumption tier.
If you are powering off of the USB ports, you should be fine for UPS use - especially if you're using a device that has a battery. If you need the AC inverter and have no temporary energy storage, I suspect - no evidence - there will be a slight interruption. Most devices are probably still fine, as they have enough capacitance built into them to compensate for minor power fluctuations. But again, 100W peak under 100% ideal circumstances output.
Best advice I can offer.
This can power a 5V USB mini fridge for probably way longer than 1.5 hours.
If you define a "mini fridge" as a traditional 120V 3' x 3' style fridge, no.
