I was only able to get it down to $7.17. I bought it anyway because I take these and it's still a deal.

Question: when do you know you need B12 in your life ? I'm trying to add supplement in early 40s and not sure what's good. Calcium for sure due to chiropractors say my bone density looks lighter in the x ray

The "Save an extra 40% on your first Subscribe and Save order" part didn't work for me for this single item to purchase S&S. The total was around $10.77 before tax.

You can go to a lab testing facility and get that tested. It doesn't cost much. But low energy, tingling in toes, there are quite a few symptoms. If you eat meat you're probably fine, key word 'probably'. You could always try taking it and seeing how you feel. You won't damage anything if you have too much in your system. But google is your friend, this kind of stuff varies heavily person to person.

Here's the deal with B12. This type of formulation will be poorly absorbed. There is a protein in the saliva that binds to B12 and helps the body absorb it. You are better off buying the regular capsules and biting down on them, holding the liquid in your mouth for a minute or two and the swallowing it down. If you do this, you will generally only need to take it once or twice a week.
