I don't track MSC pricing

can someone who does comment on if this is a "real" sale or if it's just the current variant of the nonstop promos cruise lines run that all basically net out to be the same.

If food quality is important, friends don't let friends sail on MSC.

Without deep diving into it, I'd lean on the nonstop cruise promos. I've sailed with them in the past and always get their emails....so for me, it's just a ongoing promo and price point. The best deal is when they include the drinks and WIFI at the lower price point.

Looking now, if you selected a 209/person cruise, adding the drink + WIFI bumps it up to 433/person.

LIVE UPDATE: I did my 4 total (2 adults + 2 kids: 8 & 5) new price: 229pp cruise only and 453pp with drinks + WIFI, prices include taxes. But IDK where they are getting their pricing from, bc when I got to the end the total was over $800 for the 4 of us. I didn't complete the booking as I didn't want to enter my information and then get spammed with more finish your bookings emails and calls.

Yeah I've sailed with them a few times and their food sucks compared to other cruise lines. They did have good pizza though.

Oh yeah. When I looked back in December at this cruise, the same room was $2500 for us. With all of their spring/summer sales, it went down to $1600. We could have sailed for $1200 if we wanted peasant interior but balcony is quite a bit bigger and the balcony. worship

This sale is always going on. I like the MSC food. But if you are into alot of junk food there arent alot of options. I have been on three of them the past two years. I have received up to 14 percent cash back from capital one. They do status matching from other cruise lines, if you sign up to become a member you will get 5% off the price you see. If you are a government employee or military 10% off balcony room and 5 % off any other room. I have received both but you have to call if you are military or government employee.

Check out Cruise Plum to track fares. It's a free search engine for cruises that offers historical data for most cabin types.

Just be warned that MSC's pricing is harder to track because they sell different fare types: Bella (base), Fantastica and Aura. So Cruise Plum only tracks Bella.

They status match anything. I got them to match Hilton. But I ended up going on Royal instead. I ultimately will choose based on price and itinerary rather than worry about points.
