I called (866-895-9127) the rebate center and they confirmed the rebate limit is four $10 prepaid cards and four cups. All 20 quarts on one receipt is okay.

I see stupid cup entry that mentions $10 that wants a phone number. Are going to communicate via phone or email? I only use my phone for calling family and friends. If I give then some old phone number will they send my rebate via email?

Where do you check the status of the rebate? There's usually a site link for these things that let's you see where in the black hole it is.

Also, anyone get a confirmation email after submitting? I didnt.

I did something similar. I would submit one time, uploading the 2 receipts. You can upload up to 4 receipts/files when submitting.
I bought 1 jug thinking 5 quarts max, then realized it's up to 4 and got 3 more jugs the next day.
I just got a very generic confirmation email as well, no tracking. I'm not worried, still got plenty of time before rebate ends. Just keep your receipt(s) https://imgur.com/a/5GwMjCs

Unfortunately even when I send all in correctly they seem to not send me rebate. Then I found out its something many people go thru this with them. Shame on them 2 times never again. Product maybe great but business practice suck.

It used to be called ESP but got a name change a few years ago to confuse things.

How fast did you received the confirmation email? I checked the junk mail box and I did not get any confirmation email. Do you know how to check the status of the rebate also? Thanks
