I called 866-895-9127 and explained that the invoice I submitted was directly from Rock Auto.
After more discussion, I offered to submit a .pdf of the web page from Rock Auto with the additional detail that confirms the oil purchased qualifies for the rebate.
She agreed that was a possible solution, so now I wait to see if this will satisfy the rebate processor.
Why do I still bother with rebates.
Update: called again around 6pm EST and got somebody on the phone that was able to confirm my submission. Said up to 8-12 weeks but it should be on the shorter end, if not sooner.
